Expanding Your Leadership Landscape
As an executive coach, my purpose is to support, engage and inspire people to become clearer about and more connected to their leadership purpose and to the impact they want to make on their teams, organisations, communities and their lives overall. Working with reflective practice, inquiry and an intuitive ability to create rapport and trust, I create space for leaders to work deeply and explore their core leadership patterns and paradigms to discover more expansive ways of getting results, whilst encouraging innovation, diversity and inclusion.
Drawing on deep experience as a leader in global organisations and a robust academic background, I help leaders emerge better equipped to create extraordinary results which make a discernible difference to their teams, organisations and communities.
My Approach
Coaching clients have described my way of working as professional, yet warm-hearted, thought-provoking and sensitive with an ability to listen deeply to what is being said, and not being said, and gracefully inquire into vulnerable, but powerful spaces. My curiosity and genuine interest and care allow me to create and hold space for individual vulnerabilities, balancing the need for privacy and transparency with honest, considered reflections that support experiencing and rising out of those challenging spots.
I have helped clients evolve and adapt their leadership approach to successfully navigate strategic assignments and international postings, get promoted, get out of unhealthy roles, get out of their own ways, find clarity about their purpose and act on it, effectively manage conflict and be better leaders in every aspect of their lives.
I coach women and men as they explore where they want to go next in their careers, and lives, as they evolve into the next phase of their careers--executive leadership, entrepreneurial ventures or academic pursuits. Much of this work addresses issues of race and gender and understanding how these show up for women and men.
Coaching assignments have included individual and group coaching programmes for corporate and non-profit organisations, including the NHS, Avanade, Microsoft, GSK, LeasePlan and Room to Read.
